Our Mission

Our mission is to help fellow entrepreneurs accelerate growth and build sustainable value. We’re just like you – business owners, somewhat suspicious of institutional investors and protective of our company assests and as former CEO’s, we understand your daily grind. We’ve learned best practices after scaling and exiting our own companies and established EGN to transfer this knowledge. We’re passionate about building great companies with marketable value and selectively work with entrepreneurs sharing the same vision.

Trusted Partners

EGN has a history of building trusted long-term relationships with our partner companies. EGN aligns with family businesses, founders and entrepreneurs who want to scale and create wealth from their enterprise. In addition to implementing growth plans, we educate business owners about how institutional investors operate and provide mentoring, best practices, benchmarks, and in some cases additional capital to accelerate near term opportunities – while leaving you in control.

Shared Goals

Together, we share a vision to build a great company that rewards customers, employees and shareholders. We help entrepreneurs grow EBITDA to a size where private equity and strategic investors are active. Most importantly, we implement processes that improve the odds of a capital event because “investor ready” companies are built for sustainable success. To us, business ownership does not mean building a lifestyle company; it’s about developing enough scale to attract capital and grow to another level.
